All songs written, played and recorded on 8 tracks by John Vincent in Lichtenfels, Germany during 2021.

Everything done at home except for the drums which were recorded on the 6th floor of the Striwa building, and the piano which is still next door. New instruments this time were claves, triangle, tambourine and guiro. Everything that sounds like a bass drum is, in fact, a cajon played with a beater or a cardboard tube.
